Haas), 1795. Folio. 9 Kupferfafeln (Portraits) von B(artholom\u00e4us) H\u00fcbner (1727-1795) und 1 doppelblattgr. Aquatintatafel nach Gem\u00e4lden von Hans Holbein (1497-1543). Pappband der Zeit (berieben und R\u00fccken mit neuem, laienhaftem Leinen\u00fcberzug).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"kommentar1\">Thieme\/Becker 17\/18, 355 sowie Thieme-Becker 18, 44 (f\u00fcr H\u00fcbner). &#8211; 3. Band des 4-teiligen Werkes \u00fcber das Oeuvre von Hans Holbein in sp\u00e4terer Auflage. Es erschien erstmals 1780\/92 unter dem franz. Originaltitel &#8220;Oeuvre de Jean Holbein ou Recueil de gravures d&#8217;apr\u00e8s les plus beaux ouvrages de ce fameux peintre \/ publ. par Chr\u00e9tien de Mechel&#8221;. Die Portraits zeigen u.a. Holbeins Familie, Jakob Meier, Anna Scheckenp\u00fcrlin, Bonifazius Amerbach, Johannes Frobenius u. Thomas Morus. &#8211; Vollst\u00e4ndigkeit der Tafeln durch uns nicht nachweisbar. Es fehlt das Titelblatt. Vorderes Innengelenk gebrochen. Durchgehend nur wenig stockfleckig.
